Structural Inspection
Items inspected include but are not limited to, the exterior, roof, attic, and the crawl space/basement. We inspect the areas for moisture damage, insect damage, roof leaks, etc.

Mechanical Inspection
Items inspected for a mechanical inspection include heating/air, electrical, plumbing, and most built-in appliances. It also includes items such as garage doors and garage door openers, and whole-house attic fans.

Termite and other wood destroying insects
Inspection Termite letters (WDIR) are available included with a home inspection, or by themselves. We do offer free termite inspections, but this does not include the WDIR report.

Swimming pool Inspection
We thoroughly check your pool surface, decking surface, filter and filter pressure, pumping systems and skimmer basket.

Well Inspection
We check you holding tank and internal bladder. A collapsed bladder will decrease water pressure and cause the motor to run more frequently. We then take a water sample to a laboratory for testing of bacteria.

Septic Inspection
We run a large amount of water mixed with dye into your septic holding tank. We will then probe the soil around the holding tank to inspect for water seeping to the surface

Radon Inspection
We will bring a state of the art machine to the home, set it up and let it run for 48 hours. We then retrieve the machine and get the read out telling us the amount of radon in the home.
